In the first part of 'Could It Be...' I made the mistake in stating that the Capitol Power Plant provides electricity for the Capitol Complex. I apologize for this miscalculation. It is a confusing name for a "power plant" that only provides steam to heat and chilled water to cool the complex buildings. At the time of writing part one, the Architecture of the Capitol website didn't clarify that it was not providing electricity to the complex where it states on the Capitol Complex Overview page, "The Capitol Power Plant began providing electricity in 1910; today, it provides steam for heating and chilled water for cooling buildings within the Capitol Complex." It does not say here that it never stopped providing electricity so I contacted them through their feedback form and never received a response from them. This lack of response I found suspicious, so I preceded to write under the assumption that it did provide electricity for the building especially when at the Cornell Law School website it says that the Capitol Power Plant does provides the lighting to the complex. When you hit the link that says "how current is this" above where the title is written, it is dated as 2006-03-20. From looking further into this I found that the Capitol Power Plant does not have the capability to provide the electrical means for the Capitol Complex.

This still does not destroy my premise of the power outage that occurred on April 3rd as a set up for a false flag terror attack when Bob Dobkin a spokesperson from Pepco "was unsure why the Capitol was the only building to lose power because the company provides electricity to the entire complex." It does seem strange that only the Capitol Building was the one to suffer from the power outage. In regards to the underground tunnels that are under the Capitol, reading in "The Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion" at the end of Protocol 9 it is stated, "...in the west we have against this manoeuvre (the people rising up against them if and when their plans are uncovered) of such appalling terror that the very stoutest of hearts quail - the under-grounds, metropolitans, those subterranean corridors which, before the time comes, will be driven under all the capitals and from whence these capitals will be blown into the air with all their organizations and archives." Now many would say that this document is a hoax that I just quoted from and most of those who are convinced that it is haven't read it or looked further into the matter where the countless examples can be found proving that these plans are in effect as a mode of operation. If you haven't read this document as of yet I encourage you to do so and then look upon the world and history with honesty and you will see for yourself that it is far from a hoax.

Now lets look further into this from a perspective of bible prophesy. When the Freemasons laid the foundation stone for the Capitol Building on September 18, 1793, the Dragon's Head, which is a node on the moon, had a part to play in the horoscope of the Capitol's birth. Caput Draconis is the latin name for this node. The word capitol itself comes from the word caput meaning head. In the American form of government the Capitol Building which houses the Congress is the branch of government which is at the helm of the nation's affairs or at least that is what we are told. This really never was the case when a hidden hand has always directed this nation's destiny from the start through the secret society networks of the elite. The practice of laying foundation stones in conjunction with the stars is a science that has been keep private in the secret societies for centuries. It is also why events like 9-11 are done to the numbers and dates because they are drawing down the effects of the stars to influence the event with this occult practice. In the book of Revelations there is the mention of a seven headed dragon that translates into our times as the group known as the G8 nations, which original was called the G7. America is one of these nations that is a part of the G8 grouping.  The extra country which joined the G7 group is Russia which is explained in Revelations as such, "And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven." Russia is a country that was spawned out of Wall Street by the elite in the early 1900's to spread its wings and influence into the East, hence the "eighth is of the seven." It is also written that "the seven heads are seven mountains" or nations on which the women sits who is the whore. The whore is the international banking houses, the IMF and World Bank, "with whom the kings of the earth have committed  fornication and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication." The wine of her fornication is money which is controlled through the central banks by the international banking elite and it is the whore who rides on the back of the dragon.  All that I have sited from Revelations so far can be found in chapter 17.  To drive the point further that the Capitol Building will be a target of the illuminati controlled terrorist we have to turn to chapter 13 v. 3 where it states, "And I saw one of his heads (the seven headed dragon) as it were wounded to death." The destruction of the Capitol would mark the end of America as we know it and usher in a full blown dictatorship with the Congress out of the way which would be used to further the aims of bringing America into world war 3.

At the time of writing part one the drums of war were being beaten against Iran right in step with the plan that came out the Project for the New American Century called "Rebuilding America's Defenses." Knowing the game plan and the mode of operation I was expecting a terror attack to justify a war with Iran which would have lead to the planned world conflict with China and Russia who stand behind Iran both geographically and economically. But something changed after the Bilderberg meeting in Ottawa. Jim Tucker who has been infiltrating these meetings and reporting on them for some time now came out with his report saying that were contentions among the group in regards to starting a war with Iran. Then in the mainstream media we started to hear more about the Iran nuclear talks with the EU and then there was the early July missile test from North Korea. I find it strange that in 2003 it was reported that a test missile from North Korea hit Alaska and no word was said about it in the main stream media but this recent test missile lands in the sea of Japan and it is all over the television news. It seemed to me that the specifics in the agenda were changing. When something is on the mainstream news it is there for a reason as far as shaping the minds and public opinion in the direction that the agenda calls for.

This connotates that there is a fissure in how the new world order's final objectives of a global government is to be brought about. This issue is eloquently addressed in Paul Joseph Watson's Book "Order Out of Chaos" where he states that there are two branches of the new world order, a left-wing and a right-wing. The left-wing is the EU and United Nations which have a "Brave New World" approach to implementing the agenda while the right-wing is the Anglo-American establishment, England and I would have to add in Israel as well, which have a more "1984" approach. It would make sense that with this recent war that has sparked up between Israel and Lebanon that the right-wingers are the ones taking the initiative in implementing the push towards world war 3 which is the final problem created to usher in the excuse for a world government. Instead of drawing Iran into a war by way of a terror attack in America it is being done through the Zionist controlled proxy Israel. Lebanon being the beginning stage of enflaming the Middle East which will eventually draw Iran into the trap after Syria becomes involved by some other event within the weeks or months to come. Playing right into the hands of the agenda the Iranian President has made the statement that an Israeli attack on Syria will be seen as an attack on the whole Muslim world that will be answered by military force. Of coarse Israel says that they have no intention of attacking Syria but read the neo-con, Zionist policy report "Rebuilding America's Defenses" and you will see that it is right in line with their unfolding agenda. Eventually there will be another terror attack in America that will further embroil the nation in this "new" Middle East conflict.

I find it of no coincidence that we are repeating history here. The border event in the south of Lebanon seems to be no different that how Hitler justified attacking Poland which launched the second world war. The Nazis at the time took some of their prisoners, dressed them up in Polish military garb and executed them on the border and then used it as "proof" that Germany was attacked by Poland. After this false flag was staged Poland was decimated by the Nazi blitzkrieg. Are we looking at a similar event here that happened on the Israeli Lebanese border? It Could very well be when you consider that Al-Qaeda is a CIA controlled operation and that Hamas in Palestine is a Mossad controlled operation. Terrorist attacks that have been blamed on Hamas in the past have lead straight back to Israeli intelligence. Is it any different with Hezbollah? My instincts tell me no but I have yet to see any proof of it. The point is that it is the modus operandi that has been proven to be the case in so many other events across the board.

Could we be on the verge of world war 3? I have no doubt about it, we are right on the edge of it. It is all going according to plan as it was written by Albert Pike in his letter to Giuseppe Mazzini, the then head of the Illuminati. In his letter it was stated - "The First World War must be brought about in order to permit the Illuminati to overthrow the power of the Czars in Russia and of making that country a fortress of atheistic Communism. The divergences caused by the "agentur" (agents) of the Illuminati between the British and Germanic Empires will be used to foment this war. At the end of the war, Communism will be built and used in order to destroy the other governments and in order to weaken the religions. The Second World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences between the Fascists and the political Zionists. This war must be brought about so that Nazism is destroyed and that the political Zionism be strong enough to institute a sovereign state of Israel in Palestine. During the Second World War, International Communism must become strong enough in order to balance Christendom, which would be then restrained and held in check until the time when we would need it for the final social cataclysm. The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the "agentur" of the Illuminati between the political Zionists and the leaders of  the  Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion…We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view. This manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time." The pure doctrine of Lucifer being brought out into public view will be the new world order beast system manifest on earth, Mystery Babylon. This letter was written in 1871 and it is all going according to plan.  We are on the verge of world war 3.
