Leonard G. Cramp, a British aerospace engineer, wrote his first book Space Gravity and the Flying Saucer in 1954. Cosmic Matrix is the long-awaited sequel to his 1966 book 'UFOs & Anti-Gravity: Piece for a Jig-Saw.'

Cramp has had a long history of examining UFO phenomena and has concluded that UFOs use the highest possible aeronautic science to move in the way they do.
